Delightful options on the hot table may include tofu scramble, potatoes O'Brian, "sausage" patties and biscuits with mushroom gravy, baked yams, black beans, brown basmati rice, fried plantain, dahl soup and pancakes. Tortillas (wheat or organic corn) and house made pico de gallo are provided for those who want to make their own breakfast burritos. There's also our full, fresh salad bar which includes fruit, coconut tapioca and halavah dessert and - often - mango gazpacho.
*Everything is vegan except for the halavah dessert and a couple of salad dressings. Everything is gluten-free except for the halavah and the wheat tortillas.YES! The pancakes and the gravy and the biscuits are both vegan and gluten-free! "Gluten-free" as used on this site means no gluten-containing ingredients. We cannot guarantee against contamination by minute quantities.
